Junior Swimming Program


Class NameTurtles Program (Class Size: Min 2 – Max 6 Students, Instructor student ratio: 1 to 3)


GoalsTurtles program is designed for children aged 3-4 (child must be 3) to introduce and build elementary swimming and safety skills with emphasis on coordination, endurance and self-confidence.
Training time30 Minutes (Tuesday 4:00 - 4:30pm or Wednesday 4:00 – 4:30pm or Thursday 4:00 - 4:30pm)


Class NameRays Program (Class Size: Min 2 – Max 6 Students, Instructor student ratio: 1 to 4)


GoalsRays program is designed for children aged 5-6 to improve and refine front & back crawl. Side & front breathing will also be taught in the program so that students can swim on their own for some distance.
Training time30 Minutes (Tuesday 4:30 - 5:00pm or Wednesday 4:30 - 5:00pm or Thursday 4:30 - 5:00pm)


Class NameDolphins Program (Class Size: Min 2 – Max 8 Students, Instructor student ratio: 1 to 4)


GoalsDolphins program is designed for children aged 7-12 who have solid freestyle skill and be able to swim without assistance for 25 meters or further. Backstroke will be the focus of the program and other skill such as tread water and diving will also be taught in the class to refine students’ overall swimming skill so as to increase their confidence and competitiveness in the water.
Training time45 Minutes (Monday 4:10 - 4:55pm or Friday 4:10 - 4:55pm)


Class NameSharks Program (Class Size: Min 2 – Max 8 Students, Instructor student ratio: 1 to 4)


GoalsSharks program is designed for children aged 7-12 who have solid freestyle & backstroke skill and be able to swim 25 meters or further with both styles. Breaststroke and butterfly skill will be the focus of the program, while proper turning and starting will also be taught to student so that student can refine their overall swimming and prepare for swimming competitions or join the swimming team.
Training time60 Minutes (Monday 5:00 - 6:00pm or Friday 5:00 - 6:00pm)
