General


A. Conduct of Members
All Members shall behave in an appropriate manner towards other Members and Club staff. Any misconduct of a Member or their Guests will be considered a serious breach of the Club Bylaws and may result in termination of membership or suspension of privileges. No Member or Guest shall reprimand or in anyway punish employees. Use of abusive language towards any Club employee will not be tolerated. The Club reserves the right to request any parties who breach Club Bylaws to vacate the Club premises. 

B. Liability of the Club
Neither the Owner’s, nor the Management, nor any Committee Member, nor Staff nor Contractor shall be held liable in anyway for personal injury, damage, loss or theft of property occurring on the Club premises. All Members and their Guests have waived any and all claims, past, present and future, against Shanghai Racquet Club (SRC) for any such damage, loss or theft by acceptance of the membership granted to them by the Shanghai Racquet Club. 

C. Lost and Found
The Club will not be held liable for any lost or misplaced items. For assistance regarding lost or found items, please contact the Service Center.

D. Restricted Areas
?nbsp;Children under the age of eighteen (18) years old are not permitted in the Racquets Bar. 
?nbsp;Children under the age of twelve (12) years old are not permitted in the Fitness Center or Fitness Studio.
?nbsp;Non-resident Members are not permitted to use the residential pools or enter the residential area. 
?nbsp;No person other than designated staff are permitted in kitchens and other Staff Only marked rooms or areas of the Club. 

E. Club Property
Members are required to respect Club property and the Club environment including towels, and locker room supplies. These may not be removed from the Club premises. Members are responsible for paying for any damage and/or loss caused by family Members or their Guest(s) to any Club property.

F. Club Staff
Club staff are not permitted to accept any form or type of gratuity from Members. Members are welcome to show their appreciation of services received by contributing to the annual staff fund. For additional information regarding contributions please contact the Human Resources Department.

G. Personal Servants
Personal servants, including nannies, Ayi’s and drivers are under normal circumstances not permitted in the Clubhouse. Ayi’s and nannies are permitted to supervise children in the children's center and other play areas.

H. Children
Parents and/or designated guardians are at all times responsible for safety, wellbeing and behavior of their children in the Club. Children of all ages are not permitted to make undue noise or take actions that may disturb Members or their Guests. The Club reserves the right to request unaccompanied children who breach Club Bylaws to vacate the Club premises.

I. Nursing
Mothers nursing babies and the changing of diapers are only permitted in locker and change rooms. 

J. Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the Clubhouse except on the outside verandas and terraces. 
 
K. Drugs and Alcohol
Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted for persons aged eighteen (18) and above. The use of any type of illicit drug on the Club premises is strictly prohibited.

L. Gambling
Gambling of any description is not permitted on Club premises.

M. Pets/Animals
No pets/animals shall be brought into the Club premises at anytime. 

N. Skateboarding 
Members and/or their Guests shall not ride (or otherwise operate) a skateboard on Club premises. Skateboarding is prohibited on sidewalks, terraces, verandas, parking lots, walkways, roads, and any other paved surface of the Club premises.

O. Food and Beverage
Only food and beverage items purchased from the Clubhouse’s food and beverage outlets are permitted to be consumed within the Clubhouse, at its restaurants & bars, on its terraces, at the Clubhouse Pools and Jacuzzi’s, at the outdoor tennis courts and soccer field. Clubhouse food and beverage outlets include the Paddles Bar & Restaurant, Racquets Bar & Restaurant and the Pool Bar. The Country Market is NOT classified as a Clubhouse food and beverage outlet. 

P. Vehicle Parking
?nbsp;Motorized and electric vehicles of all sizes are NOT permitted to be parked in the bicycle rack areas or on Clubhouse footpaths, terraces, verandas and grassed areas. 
?nbsp;Only non-powered bicycles that can fit their front or rear wheel correctly into the bicycle rack are permitted in the bicycle rack areas. Non powered bicycles are NOT permitted to be parked on Clubhouse footpaths, terraces, verandas or grassed areas. 
?nbsp;Cars must be parked within the designated parking areas at the Clubhouse or where the Club has made alternative arrangements. Washing of any vehicle is not permitted in the car parks or any other place within the SRC compound. Drivers are not permitted to remain in the Clubhouse.

Q. Overdue Account
Overdue accounts including Club dues will incur a fine of RMB 250 (two hundred fifty) per month. The fine will be posted to the account on the day after the stated "Due-by-Date" on the monthly statement. Accounts that are overdue for thirty (30) days or more may cause credit to be temporarily suspended or result in termination of the Club Membership.

R. Shuttle Bus
Use of the shuttle bus is limited to Members, their Guests and servants. Members must present their membership card upon request. Guests may use the shuttle bus when accompanied by Members. Guests and personal servants can only use the bus if Members do not occupy seats. Please contact Service Center for timetables.

S. Library
The Club purchases newspapers and periodical magazines and subscriptions for the reading pleasure of Members. Periodicals are not to be removed from the library. Members are welcome to take books home and return at their leisure. The Club welcomes donations of books and other suitable reading material.

T. ATM
An ATM is available in the lobby and operated by a local bank. The SRC is not responsible for ATM operations. Please contact the bank directly if assistance is required, bank details are listed on the ATM. 
 
U. Suggestions and Comments
Members may put forward written suggestions and comments via the Service Center, the Club website or by writing to the General Manager. Suggestions and comments will be treated in confidence.

Membership Eligibility
A. Individual Short Term and Lifetime Memberships are available to all individuals that are of good character and financial standing. 
B. Corporate Lifetime Memberships are available to registered or incorporated; Companies, Corporations, Partnerships and or other legal entities which can provide the respective supporting documentation including details of their legal representative. 
C. Shanghai Racquet Club Memberships are listed in the name of an individual and entitle the individual to use the Club facilities and services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated in the Membership Application Form and Club Bylaws.
D. Memberships cannot be lent, loaned or borrowed to or by other individuals. Only individuals registered to a membership number are entitled to use that membership. 

Membership
A. All Members and corporate nominees (if applicable) agree to abide by the Club Bylaws as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Application Form. Terms and Conditions may change periodically. 
B. Club Membership registration fees/monthly dues are subject to change at anytime with 30 days notice and at the sole discretion of Club Management. All paid Club Membership registration fess and monthly dues are non-refundable. 
C. Club Members and their Guests are required to follow the Club’s Bylaws - rules, regulations and policies. Club Bylaws - rules, regulations and policies may be amended, modified or eliminated at anytime at the sole discretion of the Club. Failure of the Member, his or her family or Guests to follow all Club rules, regulations and policies may result in suspending the use of the Club facilities, Member privileges or the cancellation of the Club Membership. 
D. Membership Transfer:
1) Lifetime Membership is transferrable after six (6) months of purchase. An Individual Lifetime Membership is only transferrable to individuals and Corporate Lifetime Membership is only transferrable to companies. 
2) The membership transfer is subject to approval of the Club Management after an interview with the applicant. 
3) A Membership Transfer Request Form is required to be completed and submitted to the Membership Department, with all relevant documentation as listed on the form. 
4) All outstanding Club bills including monthly dues and other consumptions must be settled before the transfer application is approved.
5) A membership transfer fee will be charged upon approval of the transfer.
E. Membership Absentee Application.
1) Members can request an absence from the Club if they are not going to be residing in Shanghai for a period of six (6) months or more. 
2) Absentee can be applied for a minimum period of six (6) months and maximum of twelve (12) months by giving no less than thirty (30) days advance notice in writing to the Club. Members can do so once per one (1) year. 
3) A Membership Absentee Request Form is required to be completed and submitted to the Membership Department, with all relevant documentation as listed on the form. 
4) All outstanding Club bills including regular monthly dues and other Club consumptions are to be settled before an Absentee Application is approved.
5) Once approved monthly dues will be charged at fifty percent (50%) of the normal monthly dues during the absentee period.
6) If the Member activates their Club membership account and/or uses the Club facilities during the absentee period, the Member shall be liable to pay for the full amount of monthly dues irrespective of the absentee period.
7) Upon the expiration of the absentee period, the membership will automatically reactivate, unless Member has reapplied to extend the absentee period. Once reactivated the Member will be required to pay normal monthly Club dues.
F. Temporary Membership for Residents?Overseas Out of Province Guests
1) Temporary Membership is only available to Resident Members?Overseas/Out of Province Guests that reside at the Shanghai Racquet Club and Apartments. 
2) Two (2) weeks advance notice per application is required.
3) Overseas/Out of Province Guest’s wishing to use the Club’s Sport and Recreation Facilities will be restricted to two (2) visits per year with a maximum duration of fourteen (14) days per visit. 
4) A Registration Fee of RMB 1,000 (one thousand) is payable per application. 
5) The temporary membership card will be issued after the registration fee is paid in full.
6) All consumption on temporary membership cards should be paid in cash or by credit card only. In case the temporary Member fails to pay for his or her consumptions the resident Member will be held responsible for the charges.
G. Short Term Guest Pass for Residents?Overseas/Out of Province Guests
1) A Short Term Guest Pass is only available to Resident Members?Overseas/Out of Province Guests that reside at the Shanghai Racquet Club and Apartments. 
2) Two (2) weeks advance notice per application is required.
3) A Short Term Guest Pass ONLY provides access to the SRCA Compound and access to the Resident Shuttle Bus.
4) Short Term Guest Passes DO NOT provide access to Club’s Sport and Recreation Facilities. 
5) One (1) Short Term Guest Pass is provided per application. 
6) A Registration and Administration Fee of RMB 50 (fifty) is payable per application.
7) All consumption on Short Term Guest Passes should be paid in cash or by credit card only. In case the short term Member fails to pay for his or her consumptions the resident Member will be held responsible for the charges.

Membership Cards
A. A picture identification membership card is issued to all registered family Members over eight (8) years old. Membership cards cannot be lent, loaned or borrowed to or by other individuals. Only the individual whose photo appears a membership card is entitled to use that membership card. 
B. Membership cards are not transferable and must be returned to the Club when the membership expires. Should a Member fail to return his or her membership card they will incur charge of RMB 200 (two hundred). 
C. Members are required to present their membership cards at the main gate and each time they visit the Club. Members who are unable to present their membership card (or any other proof of identity) may be refused entry to the premises. 
D. Each family Member is requested to carry their membership card at all times when on the premises of the Club and present it upon request. 
E. Presentation of the membership card is required:
?nbsp;To register Guests
?nbsp;To use or access any of the Club facilities
?nbsp;For all purchases of Club services, including food and beverages, pro shop merchandise and activity fees. 
F. Please report any loss or damage of the membership card to the Membership Department immediately. A fee of RMB 200 (two hundred) will be charged for each replacement card.

Guests
A. Members are requested to observe the spirit and intent of the Member’s Guest Rule/Policy, which is to ensure the rights and benefits attributed to Members are protected and not diminished. 
B. The Club does not accept Guests without an accompanying Member.
C. Members are required to ensure that their Guests follow the Club Bylaws at all times. Members are also responsible for the behavior and actions of their Guests. 
D. Members are required to inform their Guests of the Club's dress code policy prior to their arrival to the Club. 
E. Members bringing a Guest to use the sport and recreation facilities are required to register their Guest at the Sports Desk by completing a Member’s Guest Registration Form. Member’s Guests are required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form for each visitation.
F. Member’s Guests using the Club’s sport and recreation facilities will be restricted to four (4) visits per calendar year - a calendar year is considered to be 1 January ?31 December. After four (4) Guest visits the Guest will be declined access to sport and recreation facilities.
G. Guest(s) must be accompanied by a Member whilst using sport and recreation facilities at the Club. 
H. This restriction excludes Guests of Members attending events that are publicized as "open/invitational". The intent of this rule is to maintain the exclusivity of the Club while allowing all Members to entertain Guests without any disadvantage for other Members. 
I. Members with a party of Guests over six (6) persons should make a reservation with the events department to ensure availability and proper arrangements. 
J. Guests of residents and/or Members are to be registered at the security gate by the host when entering SRCA or in advance through the Service Center. 
K. Guests will not be permitted to enter Members Only areas or be a part of Members Only Events, designated by the Club.
L. The Club reserves the right to request Guests in breach of Club Bylaws to vacate the Club premises.

Reciprocal Club & IAC Visitors 
A. All reciprocal Club visitors must follow the Club's rules, regulations and policies. 
B. Upon arrival at SRCA, the reciprocal visitors have to present a letter of introduction and/or a reciprocal membership card at the Club reception. 
C. IAC visitors are requested to present their IAC card at the Club Service Center, 
D. IAC visitors may use the Club for a maximum of twelve (12) days in a one (1) year period.
 
Dress Code
A. Appropriate attire is required throughout all areas of the Clubhouse and its surrounding grounds. Club Management reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of Members' attire. 
B. A smart casual dress code is required in and around the Clubhouse at all times. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sleeveless shirts.
C. Clothing that is designed for sport, recreation and fitness is appropriate for the respective areas. 
D. Clothing with offensive language and/or signage and untidy clothes are not permitted in the Clubhouse. 
E. Ladies, gentleman and children are required to wear cover-ups or robes over bathing suits inside the Clubhouse. Footwear must be worn at all times in the Clubhouse. 
F. Proper athletic footwear with non-marking soles is required on all sporting surfaces and in the fitness center. 
Fitness Center
A. Members must present their membership card and register prior to using the fitness center. 
B. Members bringing a Guest to the fitness center will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to access being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk.
C. Proper sports attire including athletic shoes must be worn at all times. 
D. Children under the age of sixteen (16) years old are generally not permitted in the fitness center.
E. Children between the ages of twelve and sixteen (12 & 16) years old are permitted in the fitness center if they are enrolled and participating in a Club fitness program.
F. Members and Guests using the fitness center do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety when using the fitness center equipment. 
G. Members may request instructions from the fitness staff in order to use the equipment in the fitness center appropriately and for best results. 
H. Use of treadmills, cross trainers, stair steppers, stationary bikes and rowing machines should be limited to thirty (30) minute sessions when other Members are waiting. 
I. Only qualified employees of the SRC are permitted to conduct any fitness instruction, lessons, programs, competitions or events at the Club. 
J. Third party instructors are not permitted on the Club premises. Paid or unpaid coaching activities or instruction, other than those offered by the Club is not permitted without the prior written consent from the Club. 
K. Food is not permitted in the fitness center. 
L. Members are requested to take care when bringing liquids into the fitness center. 
M. Users with known medical or health conditions that may, through the use of the fitness center, may be harmful to the health of themselves or other Members are not permitted to use the fitness center. 
N. Users who are uncertain of their medical or health condition should check with their doctor(s) prior to using the fitness center or commencing any training program or recreational activities. 
O. Members are requested to keep this area clean and tidy. No littering of any kind is permitted. Please use the garbage bins provided.
 
Fitness Studio
A. Members must present their membership card and register prior to using the fitness studio. 
B. Fitness studio is only available to Members who are accompanied by a Club trainer for personal/private training or a fitness studio program.
C. Fitness studio programs and personal appointments with a Club trainer can be made between three to fourteen (3-14) days in advance, either directly at the Sports Desk or by telephone.
D. Cancellations should be made at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the reservation. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in a cancellation charge. 
E. Members bringing a Guest to use the fitness studio will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to access being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk.
F. Proper sports attire including appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. 
G. Children under the age of sixteen (16) years old are generally not permitted in the fitness studio.
H. Children between the ages of twelve and sixteen (12 & 16) years old are permitted in the fitness studio if they are enrolled and participating in a Club fitness program.
I. Members and Guests using the fitness studio do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety when using the fitness studio equipment. 
J. Only qualified employees of the SRC are permitted to conduct any fitness instruction, lessons, programs, competitions or events at the Club. 
K. Third party instructors are not permitted on the Club premises. Paid or unpaid coaching activities or instruction, other than those offered by the Club is not permitted without the prior written consent from the Club. 
L. Members are requested not bring food into the fitness studio and to take care with liquids.
M. Users with known medical or health conditions that may, through the use of the fitness studio, may be harmful to the health of themselves or other Members are not permitted to use the fitness studio. 
N. Users who are uncertain of their medical or health condition should check with their doctor(s) prior to using the fitness studio or commencing any training program or recreational activities. 
O. Members are requested to keep this area clean and tidy. No littering of any kind is permitted. Please use the garbage bins provided.
Locker Room Keys
A. Members may obtain a complimentary electronic locker key for the time they are using the sports and recreational facilities. The locker key can be obtained from the Sports Desk by registering and depositing their membership card. 
B. Members bringing a Guest who is in need of a locker key will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to a locker key being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk.
C. Upon returning the locker key to the Sports Desk, the deposited membership card will be returned to the Member.
D. Locker keys are to be returned to the Sports Desk by 22:00 the same day they were received. Personal items are not to be left in lockers overnight. If a locker key is not returned within twenty four (24) hours the locker key will be considered lost and the Member will incur a replacement fee of RMB 200 (two hundred).
E. Locker keys will become inoperable after twenty four (24) hours and any items left/found in the lockers after this period will be removed and stored for a period of 60 days. 
F. Member’s who desire a long term locker may apply to rent a locker for a minimum of a six (6) month period. For more details, please contact the Sports Desk.
G. The Club is not responsible for the loss or theft of any items stored in lockers or left anywhere in the locker room or other Club premises. 
H. Children under the age of eight (8) are not permitted to use the lockers unless sharing with a parent or guardian. 
I. Eating and smoking is not permitted in the locker rooms. 
J. Opening hours of the Sports Desk are: 
Daily 07:00 - 22:00
Gym Towels ?Large and Small
A. Members may obtain complimentary gym towels for the time they are using the fitness center by depositing their membership card with the Sports Desk. Upon returning the gym towel to the Sports Desk, the deposited membership card will be returned to the Member.
B. Members bringing a Guest who is in need of a towel will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to a towel being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk. 
C. Gym towels are to be returned to the Sports Desk by 22:00 the same day they were requested. If a gym towel is not returned within twenty four (24) hours the gym towel will be considered lost and the Member will incur a replacement fee of RMB 350 (three hundred and fifty) per large towel and a replacement fee of RMB 20 (twenty) per small towel.
D. Opening Hours of the Sports Desk are: 
Daily 07:00 - 22:00
Pool Towels
A. Members may obtain a complimentary pool towel for the time they are using the swimming pool by depositing their membership card at the Sports Desk or at the pool hut. Upon returning the pool towel to same location it was collected, the deposited membership card will be returned to the Member.
B. Members bringing a Guest who is in need of a pool towel will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to a towel being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk. 
C. Pool towels are available at the Sports Desk at the following times:
Daily 09:00 - 17:30 
D. Pool towels are available at the outdoor pool hut at the following times: 
Friday 15:30 - 17:30 
Saturday & Sunday 09:00 ?17:30
E. Pool towels obtained from the are to be returned to the Pool Hut by 18:00 the same day they were requested.
F. Pool towels obtained from the Sports Desk or the Pool Hut are to be returned to the Sports Desk by 22:00 the same day they were requested. 
G. If a pool towel is not returned within, twenty four (24) hours the pool towel will be considered lost and the Member will incur a replacement fee of RMB 350 (three hundred and fifty).
H. Each Member is entitled to up to two (2) towels at any onetime when using the pool. 
 
Swimming Pools & Jacuzzi
A. Members must present their membership card and register prior to using swimming pools. 
B. The outdoor pool and pool bar area are restricted to Members Only on weekends. Guests or personal servants of any kind will not be permitted to enter the outdoor pool area on weekends. 
C. Members bringing Guests to the pool on weekdays will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to access being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk.
D. Smoking is NOT permitted in the outdoor swimming pool area. 
E. When no lifeguard is on duty, Members and Guests swim at their own risk. 
F. Parents or guardians are required to supervise children at all times. 
G. Heavy rain and/or lightning are cause for immediate closure of the pool. Members and Guests should follow instructions of Club staff. 
H. Members with injuries such as open wounds are not permitted to use any of the pools. The same applies for any wounds that are covered with bandages. 
I. Jumping and diving is not permitted in any of the pools. 
J. No running on the pool deck. 
K. Everyone must shower before entering pool or Jacuzzi areas. 
L. The lifeguards reserve the right to remove devices or participants from the pool at anytime if they deem necessary.
M. Lap swimmers have priority in the dedicated lap swimming lanes. Lap swimmers should limit their swimming to thirty (30) minutes if other lap swimmers are waiting. 
N. Members are not permitted to bring food and beverages into the pool and Jacuzzi area. Only food and beverage items purchased from the Clubhouse’s food and beverage outlets are permitted to be consumed at the Clubhouse Pool and Jacuzzi’s. Clubhouse food and beverage outlets include the Paddles Bar & Restaurant, Racquets Bar & Restaurant and the Pool Bar. The Country Market is NOT classified as a Clubhouse food and beverage outlet. 
O. Only unbreakable glassware and food containers are permitted in the pool and Jacuzzi areas. 
P. Excessive noise (including loud music) and behavior that may endanger or disturb others are not permitted in the pool and Jacuzzi areas. 
Q. All children who are not toilet trained must wear waterproof pants over diapers or wear swim diapers. Please change diapers in designated areas only. 
R. The swimming pools may be closed without notice for special events. 
S. In the event that pools, indoor or outdoor, become too crowded, the Club reserves the right to limit admission. 
T. Only qualified employees of the SRC are permitted to conduct aquatic instruction, lessons, coaching programs, competitions or events at the Club. 
U. Third party instructors are not permitted on the Club premises. Paid or unpaid coaching activities or instruction, other than those offered by the Club is not permitted without the prior written consent from the Club. 
V. Users with known medical or health conditions that may, through the use of the aquatic facilities, be harmful to the health of themselves or other Members are not permitted to use the pools or Jacuzzi. 
W. Users who are uncertain of their medical or health conditions should check with their doctor prior to using the aquatic facilities or commencing any training program or recreational activities. 
X. SRC non-resident Members are not permitted to use the residential pools or play at the lake in the residential area. 
Y. Members are requested to keep this area clean and tidy. No littering of any kind is permitted. Please use the garbage bins provided.

Sauna & Steam Room
A. Do not drink alcohol or take any medication before or when visiting the sauna and steam rooms. 
B. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the sauna and steam rooms. 
C. Children are not permitted to use the sauna or steam rooms without adult supervision.
D. Keep hydrated by drinking water before, during and after your sauna and/or steam room session. 
E. The sauna or steam rooms should not be used by individuals with any of the following conditions: 
?nbsp;Heart disease 
?nbsp;High or low blood pressure 
?nbsp;Under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, and/or tranquilizers. 
F. Items NOT permitted in the steam and sauna rooms include:
?nbsp;Food items
?nbsp;Liquids other than water 
?nbsp;Cell phones or other electrical devices

Tennis & Squash Courts
A. All Members must present their membership card and register with the Sports Desk prior to using the courts. 
B. Members bringing a Guest will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to access being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk.
C. Court time may be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance either online via the SRCA website, directly at the Sports Desk or by telephone. Cancellations should be made at least three (3) hours prior to the reservation. Failure to cancel a court will result in a cancellation charge. Please consult your online facility booking welcome letter for more information. 
D. Names must be submitted for all Members and Guest players. Members may only reserve one (1) court for any booking. 
E. Court reservations will be held not longer than ten (10) minutes after the start of the reserved court time. 
F. Courts may be reserved by a Member and the other players as follows:
Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 
One (1) court may be reserved for thirty (30) minutes or 
One (1) court may be reserved for one (1) hour or 
One (1) court may be reserved for one and a half (1 1/2) hours or 
One (1) court may be reserved for two (2) hours. 
Weekends (Saturday, Sunday and Public Chinese Holidays): 
One (1) court may be reserved for thirty (30) minutes or 
One (1) court may be reserved for one (1) hour. 
Back to back reservations are not permitted on weekends. 
G. Specific court requests will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
H. Club programs, lessons, leagues, competitions, tournaments and events shall have priority over the daily routine schedule and recreational bookings. 
I. Rules and regulations for Club tennis and squash events are governed by the organizing committee for these events. 
J. One (1) person may occupy a court for practicing only if there is no demand by two (2) or more to play. However, ball machine usage on the tennis courts must be with two (2) or more players between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekends. 
K. No food or liquids of any kind are permitted on the courts. However, users are welcome to have liquids for their consumption courtside. 
L. Tennis and squash court rules are on display at the Sports Desk and near the courts, they further advise on the rules and regulations for the use of tennis and squash courts. 
M. Tennis and squash courts may be closed without notice for special events. 
N. Only qualified employees of the SRC are permitted to conduct tennis or squash instruction, lessons, coaching programs, competitions, tournaments or events at the Club. Third party instructors are not permitted on the Club premises. Paid or unpaid coaching activities or instruction, other than those offered by the Club is not permitted without the prior written consent from the Club. 
O. Users with known medical or health conditions that through the use of the tennis or squash courts may be harmful to themselves and/or other Members are not permitted to use the tennis and squash courts. 
P. Users who are uncertain of their medical or health conditions should check with their doctor(s) prior to using the tennis and squash facilities or commencing any training program or recreational activities. 
Q. Proper and tidy sports attire including non-marking tennis shoes must be worn. Shirts are required at all times. 
R. Members are required to observe guidelines (on display in the Clubhouse) on appropriate warm-up and cool-down preparations for all physical activities. 
S. Members are requested to keep all areas clean and tidy. No littering of any kind is permitted. Please use the garbage bins.

Badminton Court and Table Tennis Tables
A. All Members must present their membership card and register with the Sports Desk prior to using the court or tables. 
B. Members bringing a Guest will be required to complete a Member’s Guest Registration Form prior to access being provided. Member’s Guest Registration Forms are available at the Sports Desk.
C. Court or table time may be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance either online via the SRC website, or directly at the Sports Desk or by telephone. Cancellations should be made at least three (3) hours prior to play. Failure to cancel a court will result in a cancellation charge. 
D. Names must be submitted for all Members and Guests. Members may only reserve one (1) court or table for any booking. 
E. All players must check in at the Sports Desk at least ten (10) minutes prior to their reservation. Court reservations will be held not longer than ten (10) minutes after the start of the reserved time. 
F. Members may reserve One (1) court or table for one (1) hour on weekdays and weekends.

Soccer Field
A. The soccer field is intended to be used by Members only. Member’s Guests are requested to complete the Guest Registration Form at the Sports Desk prior to usage. Please always check the schedule with the Sports Desk before using the soccer field. 
B. Club programs and events always take precedence over individual bookings. 
C. Details for individual bookings and for exclusive usage of this area are available at the Sports Desk. 
D. All Members are entitled to FREE access to the soccer field at Member Open Times marked in the schedule. 
E. Members using the soccer field do so at their own risk. 
F. Children under eight (8) years old are requested to be accompanied by an adult. 
G. Only qualified employees of the SRC are permitted to conduct soccer instruction, lessons, coaching programs, competitions, tournaments or events at the Club. 
H. Third party instructors are not permitted on the Club premises. Paid or unpaid coaching activities or instruction, other than those offered by the Club is not permitted without the prior written consent from the Club. 
I. No food or liquids of any kind are permitted on the soccer field. However, Members are permitted consume liquids on the side of the soccer field. 
J. Smoking or any open fire is strictly prohibited. 
K. No glassware of any kind is permitted on the soccer field surface. 
L. Metal-spiked boots are not permitted on the soccer field. 
M. Users with known medical or health conditions that may, through the use of the soccer field, be harmful to the health of themselves and/or other Members are not permitted to use the soccer field. 
N. Users who are uncertain of their medical or health conditions should check with their doctor(s) prior to using the soccer field or commencing any training program or recreational activities. 
O. Members are requested to keep this area clean and tidy by using the garbage bins. Please no littering of any kind. 

Children's Center 
A. The center is designed for children who are ten (10) years of age below. 
B. All children must obey the rules and regulations when using the center.
C. An adult must accompany children under the age four (4).
D. Parents or guardians are required to sign in and out for their children when entering the center. 
E. The Club reserves the right to terminate the children’s center privileges of any child acting in a dangerous or unsatisfactory manner. 
F. Wonderful World of Learning and SRC reserve the right to close the center for special children’s programs and events without prior notice.
G. Parents are responsible for any damages caused by their child/children.
H. Wonderful World of Learning and SRC will not be responsible for accidents that occur on the premises.
I. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
?nbsp;Removing property (e.g. toys & books) from the center 
?nbsp;Throwing objects
?nbsp;Rough play
?nbsp;Eating and drinking in playing area 
?nbsp;Leaving the center without cleaning up the toys
?nbsp;Parents and children are required to take off their shoes before entering the center
?nbsp;Parents are required to write their contact numbers, sign-in upon arrival and sign-out upon departure

Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 20:15 
The management of SRC reserves the right to vary and/or change the operation hours. 

Children's Indoor Play Area
A. The Children’s Play Area is NOT supervised and the Club cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries.
B. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Parents must be responsible for their children’s care and actions at all times.
C. The Club does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children. 
D. Only children who are under 4' or 120cm in height may play. 
E. Children and parents are requested to remove their shoes prior to entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times.
F. We recommend to parents that children wear long sleeves and long trousers. Clothes should be tucked in at all times. 
G. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatter proof lenses. 
H. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area. 
I. Please do not play in front of slide exits. 
J. No sharp objects may be taken into the play area. 
K. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure. 
L. Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area. 
M. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area. 
N. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area. 
O. Running and rough play are not permitted; children who hurt others or damage surroundings will be asked to leave the play area. 
P. Report all accidents to the Service Center, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimize the potential of reoccurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits. 
Q. All damages to property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to the Service Center. 

Club Rooms
A. Club Rooms are available for Members of SRC and Members of reciprocal Clubs. 
B. SRC Members may reserve a Club Room for the use of their Guest(s).
C. Use of the Club Rooms is under the condition that:
?nbsp;All charges for accommodation and other expenses incurred during the stay at the Club must be paid in full and will be charged to the account of the Member. Cash or approved credit card on the time of departure.
?nbsp;Registration of Guests must be in accordance to laws of the People's Republic of China. 
?nbsp;Visitors are not permitted in Club Rooms after 23:00.
?nbsp;The SRC will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables and/or personal property.
?nbsp;Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00 (noon). Late checkouts will be charged at half day of the room rate and up to 18:00 only. Otherwise, the room will be fully charged.
